Throughout these Terms of Service, “Gems2Gel,” “we,” “our” and “us” refer to Vumentala Consulting Services (OPC) Private Limited, the legal entity responsible for operating www.gems2gel.com, processing and fulfilling customer orders, managing payments, providing customer support, advertising, marketing and conducting business under the Gems2Gel brand.

Gems2Gel operates this website and online store, including the information, content, products, features, tools and services made available through it, collectively referred to as the “Services.”

Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to offer our products and Services.

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Packaging, Shipping and Delivery Policy, Returns, Exchanges and Refund Policy and any other policy displayed on the website, govern your access to and use of our website and Services.

By visiting, browsing, interacting with or purchasing through www.gems2gel.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and the applicable policies displayed on the website.

For Cash on Delivery orders, acceptance may also be subject to:

  • COD availability at the delivery PIN code
  • Order verification or confirmation
  • Applicable COD charges
  • Limits placed on products, order values or delivery locations

We reserve the right, subject to applicable law, to accept, reject, limit or cancel an order for reasons including:

  • Repeated refusal or non-acceptance of orders

If we reject, modify or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing information or telephone number provided.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. We may be unable to accommodate cancellation or modification requests after an order has been confirmed or dispatched.

Returns, exchanges, replacements and Store Credit are governed by our Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy.

Products purchased through Gems2Gel are intended for personal or household use and not for unauthorized commercial resale or export.

4. Prices, Payments and Billing

Prices, discounts, offers and promotions may change without prior notice.

The price applicable to an order is the price displayed when the order is placed and confirmed, subject to correction of genuine errors.

Applicable taxes, shipping fees, COD charges, handling charges and other costs will be displayed on the website, product page, cart or checkout, where applicable.

Promotional offers may have separate conditions. Where promotional conditions conflict with these Terms, the specific conditions of that promotion will apply.

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing, payment and account information and to update it where necessary.

When using a card, bank account, UPI account, wallet or other payment method, you confirm that:

  • The payment information is accurate
  • You are authorized to use the payment method
  • The payment provider may honour the transaction
  • You will pay the order value and all applicable fees and charges

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers under their own terms and privacy policies.

Cash on Delivery orders are subject to the applicable COD shipping and cash-handling fee described in our Packaging, Shipping & Delivery Policy.

5. Shipping, Delivery and Risk

Processing and delivery timelines displayed on the website are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delivery may be affected by:

  • Courier-partner delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Strikes or transport interruptions
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
  • Customer unavailability
  • Remote-location restrictions
  • Events outside our reasonable control

Once an order is handed to the courier, delivery is managed by the relevant logistics provider. Any transfer of title or risk will remain subject to applicable law and the rights available to consumers.

Customers must provide accurate delivery information and remain available for delivery attempts.

Reshipping charges may apply where a package is returned because of an incorrect address, customer unavailability or refusal to accept the order.

The Services and their content—including the Gems2Gel name, logo, trademarks, text, product descriptions, photographs, graphics, videos, audio, reviews, designs, page layouts and other materials—are owned by or licensed to Vumentala Consulting Services (OPC) Private Limited and are protected by applicable Indian and international intellectual-property laws.

You may use the website only for personal and non-commercial purposes.

The Gems2Gel online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the platform used to offer the Services.

Purchases made through our store are transactions directly between the customer and Vumentala Consulting Services (OPC) Private Limited, operating as Gems2Gel.

Shopify is not the seller of Gems2Gel products and is not responsible for fulfilment, product quality, customer support, delivery, returns, exchanges or refunds.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Shopify and its affiliates are released from claims arising solely from a purchase or transaction between the customer and Gems2Gel.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected through the Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Because our store is hosted by Shopify, Shopify may collect and process information required to provide and improve the e-commerce platform.

Information may also be shared with payment, logistics, communication, analytics and technology providers, including providers operating outside India, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

11. Feedback, Reviews and Submissions
