How do I place an order on your website?
Browse our curated collections, add your desired pieces to your cart, and follow our secure checkout process. You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, Net banking, UPI, GPay, PayTM and Wallets that are supported on our website.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) Service Available?
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at the moment. We will notify customers on our website when this service is introduced.
What to do if the money gets debited and order confirmation is not received?
Do not worry! Your money is safe. It would be either credited to us or back to you.
Please check your bank account for the next 15 mins, if the deducted amount is not reversed, please email us at gems2gel@gmail.com with your transaction details along with your name and email id that was used while attempting to place the order.
We will respond to your query as soon as possible (10 am to 6 pm during weekdays).
How long does delivery take?
Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
Other Cities/Towns: 4–7 business days
Remote or Out-of-Service Areas: May take up to 8–10 business days depending on location
Delivery timelines may vary slightly due to courier partner constraints, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistical issues.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email or SMS with your tracking number and link for real-time updates. We urge you to enter your email id / phone number while placing the order to get all updates related to your order.
What will happen if I miss my order/package delivery?
Do not worry! Every order is attempted 1-2 times for delivery before it is returned to us. So, you have another chance! Don’t miss it again! Our team will contact you regarding the same if necessary.
Any prepaid orders which are undelivered, will be reshipped at an additional shipping cost of ₹150 (to be borne by the customer) and if the order is cancelled by the customer, a refund coupon code will be issued post deduction of 'to & fro' shipping charges of ₹300.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 48 hours of delivery for items in their original, unworn condition.
How to return the products?
We offer returns to our customers for all our products. The only condition is that you need to email us on gems2gel@gmail.com within 48 hours of product delivery so we can process the return request.
Do, share the photos and tags of the Product(s) you wish to return, along with the reason for return.
Our team will reply back to you with the return process on your email within 48 hours.
In case of return, who will do the shipping of the products?
In all cases you are responsible for sending the product back to us in its proper condition.
Only in special/specific cases a pickup is arranged for the products with an additional upfront charge of ₹300/-. This cost depends on many factors and will be confirmed on the email of your return request.
How will I get my refund?
We give refunds only in the form of Coupon Code. The coupon value depends upon the value of your product returned.
We deduct ₹150/- shipping charges for all Cash on Delivery orders as we bear Cash handling charges for the same.
Refund will be issued as a credit in the form of coupon code only. The coupon code is a one-time use code and cannot be applied again to any other order. The coupon code has a 1-year validity from the date of issuance and can be used any time within the 1 year period for your purchase. Also, you can only apply one single coupon code at a time while placing a new order using a Refund Coupon Code. It is recommended to use the code to its fullest value to avoid expiration of your unutilized amount.
Can I place a custom or bulk order?

Do you offer gift packaging?
All Gems2Gel orders come beautifully packaged. If it’s a gift, just let us know during checkout—we’ll include a handwritten note.
What is the guarantee/warranty on your products?
These are high quality jewels, the shine and the colour will not fade in regular use.
As this is fashion jewellery, there's no guarantee/warranty as such but please be sure that nothing will happen to the jewellery for a very long time if basic care is taken, like minimum contact with soap, water and perfume to ensure its longevity. Also, always put the product back into its packaging after use.
